  • 3.1 Read these terms carefully. These terms set out the basis on which we provide the Warranty in respect of your Motorcycle. Please read these terms fully and keep a copy for future reference. By using the Warranty, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Warranty.
  • 3.2 We may update these terms from time to time. Where any changes are material, we will notify you. Any changes will not affect claims for defects that arose before the changes were made, and will not reduce your rights under this Warranty for the remainder of the Warranty Period. Minor changes reflecting legal, regulatory or technical requirements may apply automatically.

  • 4.1 The Warranty. Norton Motorcycles come provided with a Norton manufacturer’s warranty and roadside assist cover during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, there is no mileage limit on the number of miles you can ride the Motorcycle. The Warranty applies subject to the requirements set out in section 5.2 (including how the Motorcycle must be maintained and serviced) and the exclusions set out in section 5. The contract for the provision of this Warranty will be between you and Norton.
  • 4.2 Roadside Assistance. Your Motorcycle will also be provided with roadside assistance cover (breakdown and recovery services) during the Warranty Period. This is provided by the Norton dealer you purchased your Motorcycle from (not Norton) and is separate from this Warranty. The roadside assistance cover is subject to its own terms and conditions, that can be found here. Any roadside assistance services are provided under a separate contract between you and your Norton dealer, and Norton is not responsible for those services.
  • 4.3 Your statutory rights also apply. You have legal rights if there is a problem with your Motorcycle under your purchase contract with the dealer you purchased it from. For example, if it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund from the dealer. These rights are separate from, and are not affected by, this Warranty. The Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and offers further protection alongside them. You can obtain more information about your legal rights from your local consumer protection authority or advice body. In the United Kingdom, this includes Citizens Advice (available at www.citizensadvice.org.uk or on 03454 04 05 06).
