Technical Services Manager

We are now preparing to launch two models in the UK market. The bikes will initially be sold through our own Dealership, and this will be closely followed by an expansion of our distribution network in the UK, and then internationally. We are looking for a manager to run the Technical Services operation, which will gradually expand as we grow. The role will report directly to the Head of Sales & Aftersales. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop the team to meet and exceed the expectations of our new partners.
The role will be based at our new HQ in Solihull.
The Sales & Aftersales Department
The team is responsible for the global distribution of Norton’s products and services, including motorcycles, parts and accessories as well as meeting all our customers’ and Dealers’ requirements for aftersales support. In addition to technical activities the manager will be expected to contribute towards meeting the whole team’s objectives.
Role, duties, and responsibilities
Manage and grow the Technical Publications service
Define and manage the aftersales diagnostic service
Launch and manage the aftersales special tooling service
Manage all aspects of the warranty process
Manage Dealer technical training
Continuously improve all aspects of the aftersales technical support
Contribute to the development of the company’s success
