The Role
Marketing Manager, reporting to Head of Marketing and Comms, is part of the wider Norton Marketing Team. The right candidate should possess a good understanding of human behaviour to help retain the existing customers, but most importantly, grow the global audience. Norton needs someone that is comfortable with day-to-day along with setting out the strategy for way beyond tomorrow. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying the target audiences, developing and delivering marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, as well as leading the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration in withing Marketing Team but also in wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Development and delivery of product-and-beyond launch campaigns
Participation in creating the Marketing Plans and Brand Strategy
Develop creative briefs and support creative direction to meet objectives for product and brand comms
Support delivery of the Brand and Business Plan targets for the bikelines
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
The ‘Brand Guardian’ voice in the business
Responsible for alignment with markets (in the future) and go-to-market strategies incl. market activation (with a support of the Consultancy agency and wider Marketing Team)
Support in organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of assets
Drive and share best practice across the marketing team and markets
Responsible for managing creative agencies and other third party suppliers
Conceptualise, execute and evaluate the multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, documenting marketing business processes
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.
Personal Specification
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll need the following skills & experience:
5 years+ experience of working in the similar Marketing role, preferably in automotive or luxury industry on an international level
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind, as this role requires the ability to analyse and evaluate
Broad experience in developing and executing marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns to support a company’s sales activities
Project management skills
Desire to innovate
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
You will ideally have strong problem solving skills and be solution driven
An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience of working and managing cross functional teams
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
