The Role
Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to Head of Marketing and Comms, is part of the wider Norton Marketing Team. The right candidate should possess a good understanding of current digital trends to help market Norton brand and products via digital platforms and grow the global audience. Norton is currently undergoing the digitisation when long term digital strategic solutions/platforms are in the discovery phase. The Digital Marketing Manager will be working closely with Customer Insights & Market Trends Manager, CRM Manager, Marketing Manager and Social Media internal Team to plan and deliver brand and product marketing campaigns and maintain Norton presence across multiple digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creation, planning and management of brand and product marketing campaign on the web and other marketing platforms
Participation in creating the long term digital platform strategy and customer experience roadmap, as well as key stakeholder in future strategic digital platforms development
Identifying digital market trends & customer behaviour
Support delivery of the Brand and Business Plan targets for the bikelines
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
The ‘Brand Guardian’ voice in the business for digital channels
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies including Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Pay Per Click and supporting social media internal Team and CRM Team (email marketing and marketing automation)
Develop, with the support of parent company digital Teams and suppliers, web configurator and configurator App
Drive and share best practice across the marketing team and markets
Responsible for managing digital agencies and other third party suppliers
Conceptualise, execute and evaluate the multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment – in collaboration with Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team
Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, documenting marketing business processes
Identify growth strategies
Using advance analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time
Personal Specification
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll need the following skills & experience:
5 years+ experience of working in the similar Digital Marketing role, preferably in automotive or luxury industry on an international level
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing or Business Administration desirable
In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Working experience with website analytics, social analytics tools and digital advertising best practices
Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind, as this role requires the ability to analyse and evaluate
Broad experience in developing and executing marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns to support a company’s sales activities
Project management skills
Desire to innovate
Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
