Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to become an administrative assistant within our Quality department.

This is an excellent opportunity for personal growth, whilst being involved in one of the most exciting global motorcycle manufacturers. This role will be based out of our new facility in Solihull.



Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Recording and issuing meeting minutes, ensuring actions and owners are captured

  • Raising Purchase Requests for department equipment & services

  • Travel booking

  • General task coordination and allocation for the Quality department

  • Administration of the Fleet Management System

  • Quality report & Key Performance Indicator creation and distribution

  • Creation and distribution of internal quality communication newsletters

  • Data collation using Microsoft Excel

  • Creation of slide packs using Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Calendar management using Microsoft Outlook


Who we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiastic, organised & self motivated

  • Experience of note-taking / action recording in a technical engineering environment

  • A confident communicator (written & verbal), able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels

  • Able to interpret urgency and prioritise tasks accordingly

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Basic mechanical/engineering knowledge is an advantage

Job Type: Part-time (25 - 30 hrs / week, over 5 days)

Salary package is dependent upon previous experience
