Norton Bike Nights July 17 2014

Norton factory are pleased to announce their new bike nights at Donington Hall. All welcome, any bike, but nice to see you guys bring the British stuff out if you've got it! Simply a good place to meet and destination for your rideout, or maybe meet here and have a great ride out on the glorious lanes around the factory, you choose. We'll be serving drinks with a BBQ. 6pm-9pm Mick Grant will be here and riding out on a Norton. We will also have SG3 on show and some other lovely Norton factory bikes, sure to be fun and some good banter! Hope to see you all here.. Looking to make this a regular event from 6-9pm on the first and third Thursday of every month throughout the summer.

Norton at the 2014 TT races. June 12 2014

Now we’re all back and the dust has settled we can look back at our 2014 TT. The team had two all new SG3 bikes and a new rider in Cameron Donald, with Mick Grant and Steve Plater brought in to help with bike setup and development. After some big changes in setup during practice week we went into the first Superbike race on the back foot a little bit. We had been chasing some rear end set up issues all week, they only showed up on the incredibly demanding TT course and had not been found at all on short circuit testing.
