Frames and swing arms are ready to be sent off to powder coating where they are pre-treated and coated in a modern, robust black coating.
The frames have an integral oil tank that is pressure tested on site at Norton to ensure durability and keep control of Norton’s high quality standards.
The frames and swing arms use a combination of TiG and MiG welding techniques depending on a number of factors such as material type, weld access and aesthetics.
Four bikes and four colours, all hand built to individual customer specification.
Contact your nearest dealer or call in and visit us at the factory for a test ride, spec your bike, choose a colour, place your order!
These four customers did just that…
Take a look at this lovely 961 Café Racer completed at the factory this week.
This bike features unique black and white paintwork with a great array of special optional extras as specified directly by the customer such as a black chassis pack, polished spoked wheels with black rims and adjustable short levers.
All in all, a very special bike which we think looks totally stunning.
Today at the factory we are just completing a very unique bike, which is the combination of our limited edition SE coupled with our Café Racer.
We were delighted when we received a request for this very special motorcycle and look forward to delivering this machine in the coming days.
