Norton welcomed its new Australian/New Zealand distributor at the Donington Hall factory this week. Spending sometime at the factory were, Mr Warren Fraser – Managing Director, his wife Catherine – Group Director, their daughter Alison – Group Marketing Manager, and Warren Lee – CEO Fraser Motorcycle Group.
Just weeks after settling into the new 45,000 sq ft production facility at Hasting House, located within the grounds of Donington Hall, Norton Motorcycles is developing and growing its export market. With the improved production facility layout, Norton have been able to grow production volume of its hand built motorcycles whilst increasing quality control procedures at all stages of production. Ensuring that volume growth has not been at the expense of quality control. The increase in volume is enabling key export markets to open and take further deliveries of pre-ordered motorcycles...
To mark the first delivery of the all new Norton Commando in Canada, Norton Canada organised a black tie event which was very kindly hosted by the British Consul General Jonathan Dart at his official residence in Toronto. Also in attendance was the Hon. Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transportation for the Canadian Government.
Following hot on the heels of the Canadian launch event, Stuart Garner met with Dan Van Epps CEO of Norton America in central New York. The only topic of conversation was the imminent delivery of new Norton Commando motorcycles.
