We are now looking to take on and increase our influence in the world of social media and marketing. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone that has a background in building social presence as well as implementing marketing strategies in order to increase custom and grow our business. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a social media role, who is able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of social strategies and best practice. More broad marketing channels knowledge will be an advantage.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

● You will engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers

● You will communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way

● Build a database of influencers, bloggers and social media industry celebrities to help build our brand

● Actively contribute to the ideation of social media campaign and competition concepts as part of the wider Marketing Team, with the objective of increasing and/or diversifying user generated content across social media platforms

● Administrate the creation and publishing relevant, innovative, original and high-quality content

● Create a regular publishing schedule and monitor it

● Monitor, listen and respond to users in a ‘Social’ way while cultivating brand storytelling, leads and sales

● Oversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, Thumbnails, ads, landing pages; Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn profile, Blog etc.)

● Design, create and manage content and social media campaigns

● Drive social strategies that are proven by testing and metrics

● Ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan

● Highly knowledgeable in the principles of ‘Search and Social’

● Compiling, analysing and interpreting social media and marketing data to produce accurate reports to depict progression

● Monitor Significant content contributors, identifying any potential influencers and collaboration opportunities

● Support for the wider Marketing Team as and when required


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

● Posses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcome but not required with relevant work experience

● Previous experience in a social media role (ideally 2 years + )

● Able to demonstrate comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of social media marketing theory, strategy and best practice

● Confident in the use of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc. and understand the different ways in which each platform can be utilised

● Exceptional attention to detail

● Ability to use initiative and suggest solutions when faced with challenges

● Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound

● You will have a passion for connecting with current and future customers

● Articulate and able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels

● Must be culturally and commercially astute and be aware of the impact content can make

● Creative and passionate about social media and marketing comms in general

● Experience in and passion for in automotive/motorcycle industry advantageous
