The business is now undertaking a large digital transformation, so we are currently looking for a CRM/Marketing Executive, who prides themselves on delivering high level work. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Team as we are placing strategic focus on how customers interact with our brand through subscribing, buying and ownership journey, with the aim of providing seamless experience, regardless of touchpoint or retail channel. The CRM/Marketing Executive will help develop and deliver the customer engagement strategy via email marketing, leveraging CRM insights, marketing technologies/techniques and best practice expertise. We are planning to improve the customer journeys, introduce new CRM system and Marketing Automation to the business so it’s a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to make the difference. As part of the Marketing Team the successful candidate will also have and input and as/when needed, deliver broader marketing channels projects.


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

● Help to deliver and implement new CRM System

● You will communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way

● Development of personalised email campaigns to drive retention and loyalty

● Produce and communicate briefs to internal creative teams

● Responsibility for coordinating email communications

● Testing, proofing and signing off emails for Global channels, ensuring content is correct

● Work closely with Marketing Team and other SMEs

● Reporting and analysing email campaigns performance using analytical tools

● Create and maintain the email content calendar, in line with marketing calendar

● Copywriting engaging content

● Work alongside Marketing and Sales in the development of the email marketing segmentation and targeting strategy

● Using drag-and-drop templates, design, build and deploy marketing emails

● Manage the database of prospects, owners and members

● Support and contribute in the development and implementation of the customer life-cycle marketing plan and planning

● Personalised customer journeys

● Drive data capture across customer touch-points

● Ensure GDPR compliance for our customer database via data capture, storage, enrichment and segmentation

● Ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan

● Support for the wider Marketing Team as and when required


Who we're looking for:

● Posses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcome but not required with relevant work experience

● Previous experience in a CRM /digital role (ideally 2 years +)

● Able to demonstrate comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of CRM marketing theory, strategy and best practice

● Confident in managing databases, building email content calendars, creating emails via email broadcast tools and analysing email performance

● Experience in customer journey mapping and data segmentation

● exceptional attention to detail

● Ability to use initiative and suggest solutions when faced with challenges

● Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound

● You will have a passion for connecting with current and future customers

● Articulate and able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels

● Must be culturally and commercially astute and be aware of the impact content can make

● Creative and passionate about CRM and marketing comms in general

● Experience in and passion for in the automotive/motorcycle industry advantageous
